General Notes On Scientific Health Benefits:

The majority of these studies have been conducted in laboratories on animals or in clinical studies on humans or human tissues. The studies we have linked to have all been published in reputable magazines or journals that the health and science industry uses to provide their results. Animal studies do not always correlate to human results, but they are a positive sign that the product is beneficial. These mushrooms have been used in Eastern Medicine and Indigenous Americans for hundreds of years before modern medicine was available. It is unlikely they would continue to consume medicinal mushrooms for generations if they did not provide helpful benefits. Our ancestors were smart enough to know if your patient ate something and then died, you should try something else next time.
